Sweet Potato Beef Stew

1 Package stewing beef
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1/2 cup peas
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
5 small sweet potaoes chopped into cubes

Toss beef with flour in a plastic bag
Warm oil in a skillet and brown beef
Mix mushroom soup and beef soup together in a seperate bowl
Place browned beef and all vegetables in slow cooker
Pour soup mix over
Stir to evenly coat, add water to achieve the consistancy you want
Cover and cook on low for 8hours
