Another tasty, very easy slow cooker recipe
2 Butterfly Pork Chops
10-12 Baby Potatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Brown Pork Chops in a skillet over medium heat
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray
Wash and place baby potatoes in bottom of slow cooker
Place browned pork cops over potatoes
Sprinkle with minced garlic
Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 can water
Pour over pork chops and potatoes
Cook covered on low for 6-7 hours
