Easy Stuffed Mushrooms

Way better than any you'll find at a restaurant...

12 whole mushrooms
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 8oz package of cream cheese
2tsp olive oil
Parmasan cheese and cheddar cheese for sprinkling
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350
Clean Mushrooms, removing stems and hollowing them out
Heat skillet over medium heat, adding oil and minced garlic
Once garlic is lightly browned, chop mushroom stems and add to mixture
Saute 5 minutes
Cut cream cheese into small cubes, add to mixture
Lower heat and mix until cheese is smooth
Cover a cookie sheet with foil, spray with pam and spread mushrooms out
Fill each mushroom with mixture
Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper and Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Bake for 20 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes before serving
