Normally I work 5000ft underground as a hard rock miner. I'm everything you wouldnt expect from a woman. I hunt, fish, and until recently, was allergic to the kitchen. 6 months ago we went on strike, and with lots of time on my hands, I taught myself to cook, and I'm loving it.

Its been a while
Its been a while since Ive posted a new recipe. Being back at work is really cutting into my cooking time and I dont like it at all....
